Lucius Bell, Music Minister

Lucius Bell Jr. is the music minister at Holy Family Lutheran Church, as well as a performing artist, music educator, and CEO of his non-profit, Home Tone Music and Arts Foundation. He performs Jazz, Pop, Gospel, and Classical Music as a vocalist, pianist, and bassist while also utilizing those skills in a variety of educational settings. He has two degrees in music: a BMA from Lincoln University, and an MFA from Governors State University. Additionally, he has a Broadcast Media MFA degree from Columbia College of Chicago.

Since 1971, Lucius continues to perform as a featured Jazz artist while now working as Artistic Director for The Quarry Event Center in South Shore. He is also the Minister of Music at St. Mark United Methodist Church. He has served both churches since 1985.

Tavia Bowers, Communications Administrator

Tavia is an entrepreneur and owner of TBell Presents, a boutique virtual assistant firm.  She specializes in HR services, administrative support, visual design, writing and editing, and program management.  With a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Xavier University of Louisiana, Tavia has spent decades in Corporate America honing the skills that she’s super excited to bring to Holy Family. 

Tavia is the daughter of Lucius Bell, our Minister of Music. When she’s not working, you'll find her watching movies, spending quality time with loved ones, and laughing loudly any chance she gets. She is a member of The Missing Peace Church of Living Hope in Lansing, and is the mom of her two favorite people, son Trent and daughter Tate, in Chicago Heights. 


Francine Williams, Business Administrator

Born and raised on the far south side of Chicago, Francine Williams is the seventh born of eight.  

Now at the age of 52, Francine is an aunt, great aunt and godmother of well over 20 children. 

Francine earned her associates in Secretarial at Harold Washington College and Bachelors in Liberal Arts (Creative Writing) at Columbia College Chicago.  After working many years in the corporate arena, Francine decided to take that leap of faith, quit her job in August 2022 and started running My Admin Fran, LLC  full time.  And even though much of her time is given to the business and family, Francine is still preparing to refocus on creative writing and screenwriting.  During the summer, you may catch Francine (and sister) at a local Art Festival or two selling her handmade jewelry.

Jeffery Albaugh, Vice President

Jeffrey Albaugh is a board certified advanced practice urology clinical nurse specialist, research doctor, sexuality and couples counselor at Jesse Brown VA and NorthShore University HealthSystem. He and his wife Julie began coming to Holy Family in 2018 and have loved being more involved over the years and a part of this amazing church ever since.

Renatta Gorski has attended Holy Family since 2019, when she moved back to Chicago after law school.  She works as an attorney specializing in corporate litigation.  Renatta currently lives in Roscoe Village with her husband Whit and their two cats,

Renatta Gorski has attended Holy Family since 2019, when she moved back to Chicago after law school.  She works as an attorney specializing in corporate litigation.  Renatta currently lives in Roscoe Village with her husband Whit and their two cats, Konny and Rafe.  In her free time, she enjoys running and reading fiction.

Pastor Emeritus,
Rev. Dr. Charles Infelt

The Rev. Dr. Charles Infelt was honored as Pastor Emeritus by Holy Family for his 36 years of service as pastor to the congregation. His fruitful service to the congregation included pastoral care to the residents of Cabrini in the midst of violence, poverty, and injustice, as well as supervision of seminary students, and growth of Holy Family’s congregational life.

He helped to found an after-school program, the Holy Family School and Ministries, Lutheran Congregations for Career Development, Cabrini Alive, Near North Unity Program, the Atrium Village mixed-income residence project and helped to build an innovative vision for ministry at Holy Family. Pastor Infelt retired in 2011, and lives in Waverly, Iowa with his wife, Lou.
